Qualifications

• Education: University Degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in Capability Development, preferably in Sales.
  • Proven expertise in training content creation and presentation.
  • Experience in the Telecom or Banking industries is an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development:
   • Design and oversee training programs for customer service, sales, and customer experience teams, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Develop and enforce policies to maintain high standards in service delivery at all customer touchpoints.
   • Monitor and audit customer interactions (calls, emails, social media) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead, mentor, and develop the training and quality assurance team.
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
4. Needs Assessment and Content Development:
   • Engage with internal teams to identify training needs and address quality challenges.
   • Create and deliver relevant training content tailored to sales and customer experience goals.
5. Product Knowledge:
   • Develop content for Yas Tanzania’s product and sales offerings, training staff in Yas-owned shops to drive sales performance.

Competencies

• Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and customer experience standards.
• Expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends.
