Job Overview
TANROADS Njombe Hiring CAD Technician (1 Post), Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) is an agency under the Ministry of Works, responsible for developing and maintaining the trunk and regional roads network in Tanzania Mainland. Additionally, TANROADS is responsible for conducting axle load control operations and airport construction.
CAD Technician (1 Post)
Entry Qualifications:
- Tanzanian citizen with a diploma in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Land Surveying, Cartography, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least three years of experience in road construction projects, particularly with consulting firms.
- Must have a certificate in CAD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare drawings and sketches in collaboration with other staff related to road or bridge design.
- Liaise with the Highway Engineer for sketches or drawing improvements on road/bridge design.
Salary: TANROADS salary scale with site allowances as per the TANROADS incentive policy.
