Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are an added advantage).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in relationship management and/or banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and manage relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized financial advice tailored to their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Business Development:
- Meet and exceed sales and business growth targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and bank compliance standards in all activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks in customer transactions.
- Product and Market Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets to guide clients effectively.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless banking solutions to clients.
