KCB Bank Tanzania is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Sales Executive to join our Retail Banking Department in Mwanza. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our digital banking products and services, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the bank’s growth through innovative solutions.

Job Description

• Facilitate first-contact meetings with potential customers via digital channels.
• Identify, evaluate, and process applications for internet banking, mobile banking, agents, and merchants.
• Conduct initial activations and regular training for approved customers on digital platforms.
• Ensure proper branding of agent and merchant premises per the bank’s standards for visibility.
• Monitor customer activities, ensure compliance with bank policies, and perform routine business visits.
• Drive growth in customer turnover and non-funded income (NFI) to meet agreed targets.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing complaints and disputes promptly.
• Reactivate dormant customers on digital channels.
• Promote and cross-sell additional bank products.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
