Job Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate first-contact meetings with potential KCB Bank customers through digital channels.
• Identify, assess, and process applications for Internet and mobile banking, agents, and merchants.
• Conduct activation and routine training for approved customers on digital banking solutions.
• Ensure proper internal and external branding of agent and merchant premises per KCB Bank standards for visibility.
• Monitor customer activities to ensure compliance with bank policies and conduct regular visits to their business premises.
• Drive growth in customer turnover and non-funded income (NFI) to meet set targets.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing complaints and disputes promptly.
• Reactivate dormant customers on digital channels.
• Promote and cross-sell other KCB Bank products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
• Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills.
