Duties and Responsibilities
The Assistant Lecturer will:
- Teach up to Bachelor Degree level (NTA Level 8 or equivalent).
- Prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises.
- Conduct research, seminars, and case studies.
- Engage in consultancy and community services.
- Supervise students’ projects.
- Develop and review existing curricula.
- Prepare teaching manuals.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Law specializing in Maritime Law or International Maritime Law with a GPA of at least 3.8.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a GPA of at least 3.5.
- Degrees must be obtained from recognized institutions.
Remuneration
The position offers a competitive package within the PHTS 2.1 salary scale.
