DUCE seeks a qualified and dedicated individual to join their academic team as a Teacher IIIC specializing in Theatre Arts. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution’s educational and extracurricular programs while fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Teacher IIIC, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and maintaining proper records of all examinations.
2. Preparing and moderating examination papers.
3. Maintaining accurate records of student assessments.
4. Supervising student associations and related activities.
5. Developing action plans for each academic year.
6. Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of teaching equipment.
7. Providing guidance and counseling to students.
8. Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Experience

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Theatre Arts or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Remuneration

Salary Scale: PSTS 3.1
