Various Names Called For interview October 31, 2024

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the National Prosecution Service (NPS), Tanzania Coffee Board (TCB), Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), and Tanzania Railways Corporation (TRC), wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from November 1, 2024, to November 18, 2024. Successful candidates will be assigned workstations after completing the interview process.

Important Instructions for Interview Candidates:

1. Interview Schedule:
   • Interviews will begin on the dates specified in this notice.
   • The time and venue for each interview have been detailed based on job categories.
2. Mandatory Face Mask:
   • All candidates must wear a face mask at the interview venue.
3. Identification Requirements:
   • Candidates must present a valid identification document for verification.
   • Acceptable forms of ID include:
     • Resident ID
     • Voter ID
     • Work ID
     • National ID
     • Passport
     • Driver’s License
     • Introduction letter from the Local Government (Village or Ward).
4. Original Certificates:
   • Candidates must bring original certificates, including:
     • Birth Certificate
     • Certificates for O-Level and A-Level
     • Certificates/Diplomas/Degrees depending on the qualifications required for the job.
   • Documents such as testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, or slips for O-Level and A-Level (Form IV and Form VI results) will not be accepted, and candidates presenting these will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
5. Personal Expenses:
   • Candidates will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
6. Adherence to Schedule:
   • Candidates must adhere to the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
7. Certificate Verification for Foreign Qualifications:
   • Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA.
8. Unsuccessful Applicants:
   • Candidates whose names are not listed in this notice should understand they did not meet the required criteria.
   • They are encouraged to reapply for future job opportunities and ensure they meet the stated requirements.
9. Professional Board Registration:
   • For positions requiring professional board registration, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid work licenses.
10. Exam Numbers:
    • All candidates must log in to their accounts to retrieve and note their exam numbers in advance, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
