The PRC serves more than 4.9 million professionals (as of October 2022) from 46 regulated professions and hundreds of thousands of aspiring professionals who take the licensure examinations every year. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 29,349 out of 34,534 candidates passed the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Nursing in November 2024. The exam took place across 19 testing centers throughout the Philippines. The results for nine examinees were withheld pending a final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Registration for New Professionals

The schedule of Online Registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses will be held on the following dates:

Starting December 17, 2024, registration for issuing Professional Identification Cards (IDs) and Certificates of Registration will be conducted online. Please visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration.

Those who want to register must bring the following documents: 

– A downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

– Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)

– Two passport-sized photos (colored, with a white background and complete name tag)

– Two sets of documentary stamps

– One short brown envelope

Make sure you have all the required items to complete your registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC Official Website and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with a complete name tag
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

Ratings for the November 2024 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam (PNLE) will be verified online a few working days after the results are posted.
