Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate applications for banking licenses and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Assess proposals for prospective managers and board members of banks and recommend necessary actions.
- Prepare inputs to maintain updated institutional profiles of banks and financial institutions.
- Participate in on-site examinations and off-site surveillance of assigned banks and non-bank financial institutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports.
- Offer advice regarding the profiling of banks and financial institutions.
- Provide inputs for the development and review of banking laws, regulations, circulars, and guidelines.
- Conduct in-depth analyses during on-site examinations and off-site surveillance.
- Prepare detailed bank examination reports, participate in examination meetings, and address related queries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized institution, with at least an Upper Second Class.
