Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify customers and their needs effectively.
- Provide information and guidance to airport customers regarding services.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer care issues and compile daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Maintain consistent, high-standard customer care in line with professional ethics.
- Communicate courteously with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Receive and transmit airline information and flight schedules to passengers and customers.
- Liaise with Air Traffic Controllers and airline operators to relay flight information to supervisors and other users.
- Issue gate passes to visitors and maintain accurate records of airport visitors.
- Provide customers with details on tours, travel agents, and hotels.
- Guide and explain airport facilities and services to visitors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma in any of the following fields: Customer Care, Business Administration (specializing in Marketing), Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Sociology, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
Remuneration:
- The position is offered under the salary scale TAAS 3.1.
