Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify customers and their needs effectively.
Provide information and guidance to airport customers regarding services.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer care issues and compile daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Maintain consistent, high-standard customer care in line with professional ethics.
Communicate courteously with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Receive and transmit airline information and flight schedules to passengers and customers.
Liaise with Air Traffic Controllers and airline operators to relay flight information to supervisors and other users.
Issue gate passes to visitors and maintain accurate records of airport visitors.
Provide customers with details on tours, travel agents, and hotels.
Guide and explain airport facilities and services to visitors.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Diploma in any of the following fields: Customer Care, Business Administration (specializing in Marketing), Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Sociology, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
